Speed Ladder | Improve Speed With Ladder Drills | Agility Training

http://kbandstraining.com/plyometrics-training/ For more speed and agility drills click the link above. There are a bunch more hosted on my training website you guys can use.

For this ladder sequence pay attention to foot placement. Work to get the movements down and then increase your foot speed. Focus on being quicker every single rep. Slow feet or anything less then 100% intensity will leave you with no results. Challenge yourself with this ladder sequence anywhere. You do not have to be on turf. This ladder sequence will help athletes playing any sport. Foot speed is key to performing at your best so get started and let me know if you have any questions.

That guy at the beginning looks so gassed and disturbed. Like he just saw his grand mothers sagging boobs and ran away for 10 miles.

Yes but they must be in a structured format. Go to KbandsTraining . com and look under the training tab. You will see a link for SPEED AND VERTICAL. Click that and go to the drills and videos within that section. Scroll through that section and find the 40 yard dash drill sequence. This will give you some good ideas for sprints.
