I DON´T SEE IN THIS VIDEO ABOUT MLG WHEEL CHANGE SOME STEPS THAT AMM RECOMMENDS.

During instalation apply a thin layer of grease in the axle.
Clean the nut and apply a thin layer of grease in the threads of the nut.

When us are mechanic in the beginning of the course the teachers every time said no one have the obligation of know all. Due this reason exists the manuals and a good mechanic should be follow and respect it.

I can´t imagine that in the E.U.A some mechanics don´t respect the manuals. When we work in maintenance aviation a little detail can be the difference.

But I know in many professional fields we have the good and bad workers.

Hello! My name is Dmitry, I'm from Russia. At the beginning of 2016 I will get a Green Card. In Russia, I have 25 years working in various positions for maintenance and repair of aircraft and helicopters in military aviation. Please let me know, if I can claim a position aviation maintenance technician in the USA? What can I do? Thank you.

Not very good FOD control when you allow mechanics to wear jewelry.
